Hopping into WDW earlier than expected! We can't wait to see the Yacht club eggs! Any suggestions on what else can we do to still get some Easter spirit in our trip before the end of the day on April 9th? We will arrive at the hotel around 6pm.

Hi Courtney and welcome back to planDisney!

It sounds like you're off to a great start in hunting down Easter fun at Walt Disney World!  The Easter egg displays at a few of the Disney Resort hotels are a must-see if you're visiting around this time.  The Lilo & Stitch eggs are always my favorite and of course anything with a Cinderella Castle theme is gorgeous.  I can't wait to see them for myself this weekend!

Since you'll be arriving late on Easter Day, I think a monorail ride would be fun!  After checking out the egg display at Disney's Beach Club Resort, take a Disney bus over to Magic Kingdom Park and then hop on the Resort Monorail for a fun ride, while stopping at all three monorail Resort hotels.  You'll be able to see the egg displays at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort as well!

There are lots of Easter themed sweet treats around at various Quick-Service restaurants.  The Disney Parks Blog has a great run-down on what you can find and where to find it.  Some of them are too pretty to eat!  I'm especially interested in the special Dole Whip at Pineapple Lanai with toasted marshmallow flavors.  That sounds delicious and it makes for a perfect stop at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort along your monorail journey!

Since you are arriving late on the last day of the EPCOT Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunt, you can still participate in the Spike the Bee: The Pollen-Nation Exploration Scavenger Hunt during EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.  You won't be hunting for Easter eggs, but you'll still be hunting for Spike, who is hidden all around World Showcase.  My kids always have a really fun time doing the various hunts throughout the year at EPCOT and this one is no exception!  You can purchase the bee hunt maps at any of the Festival Markets or other select shops throughout EPCOT.  You can turn in your map for a special Easter prize, even if it's not completed!  It's a fun spring activity to do on your EPCOT park day.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
