Hi Jennifer!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I'm so excited for you - your magical vacation is right around the corner! I'm happy to hEAR you'll soon be making memories in The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Guests with theme park tickets with the
Park Hopper option have the ability to visit, or "hop to", a different park after 2pm each day. As part of Walt Disney Resort's
phased reopening, Park Hopping looks a little bit different right now, and here are the guidelines you'll need to follow:
1) You'll need to secure a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park you'd like to visit.
2) Guests with a valid Disney Park Pass
must physically enter the reserved park, scanning a MagicBand, theme park ticket, or using
Disney MagicMobile at the point of entry.
3) After 2pm each day, Guests are allowed to visit a second (or third, or fourth) park, subject to park capacity limitations.
4) If the Park Hopper option becomes unavailable for a specific park, the
My Disney Experience Mobile App will send a notification to Guests. (Good news - I've visited several times using the new Park Hopper guidelines, and have never received a notification that I couldn't hop to a different park!)
If you've only been able to secure Park Pass reservations for Epcot and Animal Kingdom, don't give up hope - I feel sure you'll get a chance to visit Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios during your May vacation. For your convenience, complimentary park-to-park
Disney Bus Transportation is available for Annual Passholders and Guests with valid theme park tickets with the Park Hopper option.
I hope this helps! Please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you have more questions before your trip.
