    Got our hopper passes! We have already purchased them but we do not know if we should expect them in the mail or if we are supposed to pick them up at check in when we arrive at the resort

    Don't bother stalking the postman Roxann; you're hopper passes won't be in the mail!  Upon check-in at your resort you will be given your Key to the World cards.  These keys will be the size and shape of a standard credit card, and will be encoded with all sorts of vacation information.  They will function as your room key.   You'll also insert it into the card reader at the park turnstiles in order to gain entry to the park.  If you'd like, you can also leave a credit card on file when you check in at your resort.  If you do, they can add charging privileges to your Key to the World cards.  That way, you can use them to conveniently pay for everything from food to trading pins.  Hope that helps!
