How do I use my Hopper pass from years ago

    Hey Leslie!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I can’t wait to hop between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park again! As you probably already know, the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort remain closed. Disneyland Resort officials continue to work closely with local and state officials for a safe and efficient reopening of the parks.

Once the theme parks reopen, using an old Park Hopper Ticket is as easy as 1-2-3! Just take your ticket up to one of the ticket booths in the promenade to exchange for a new ticket. Without actually seeing your ticket it’s hard to know what the exchange will look like. Depending on the type of ticket, it may be an even exchange or you may get credit for the value paid on the old ticket and then just pay the difference on a new ticket. Because of the closures and the uncertainty of what tickets prices will be and what tickets will look like, you’ll have to wait until the parks open to see your options.

Well Leslie, I hope this information was useful and if anything else comes up please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
