    We are hoping to visit WDW in December of this year and are looking into the dining plans. I am having a hard time finding info about what exactly constitutes a "snack" and how the refillable mugs work? Where can those be refilled and with what?

    December is a simply beautiful and spectacular time to visit Walt Disney World. For me, there's no way to describe all the magic that emerges when Mickey and his Pals celebrate the spirit of the holiday season. Adding a Dining Plan to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation is a great idea to explore. Whether you add the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan, or Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, you can find a plan that best fits your vacation style. A snack on a Dining Plan can be selected from a variety of options, and examples include an ice cream float at Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies, a coffee beverage at Main Street Bakery, a funnel cake with chocolate sauce, and so much more. You can look for the purple snack logo on menus, or simply check with a Cast Member at the food service location. The Disney Parks Moms Panel Awards 2018 gave the Favorite Snack Award to the tasty, cool and coveted Dole Whip. The Resort Refillable Mugs (for Guests over the age of 3) will give you a convenient way to enjoy your favorite beverages from the self-service beverage stations at Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Quick-Service locations. The beverage stations typically offer Coca-Cola drinks, coffee, hot chocolate, and Gold Peak Tea. One note you'll want to keep in mind is that you can refill the Resort Refillable Mugs at the Resorts, though not in the theme parks.
