We are hoping to visit Disney again this year. Does Disney still have our information from last year (home address, birth dates, names, etc.) where they can looks us up by name or do I have to re-enter all of this information again with our new trip?

Hi Heather! Well, the answer to your question is a bit tricky. If you set up an account online at the time of your last booking, then, yes, Disney has your information from your profile and you will be able to make your new reservation with ease. The system will recall your name, address and phone number. You will still need to enter the names and ages of the others in your party, as this information can change from visit to visit. However, if you did not create an online account, your information may still be available, but you will find that you will reenter a lot of information. I would also encourage you to create the online account, because it is a good way to use several complimentary vacation planning features.

In addition, if you call Walt Disney World Resort reservations at 407-939-7429, your information from your prior visit can be retrieved by your phone number. As a Disney Vacation Club member, I often call to make my reservations and I love talking and making my plans a reality. It just seems so official. Happy Planning!
