Hoping to travel Spring 2014 with a extended family...ages range 57, 48, 35, 32, 23,21,19, and 8 Any suggestions for lodging and nite life for the younger adults?

    Hi Carleen,

It's so much fun to travel to Walt Disney World with a large group!

For a group as large as yours - eight guests - to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort, you will most likely need to split up into smaller groups. Most resort rooms at Walt Disney World accommodate up to four to five guests per room, with suites for up to six at some resorts. You could get two resort rooms and request that they be located close together. The Disney Vacation Club properties have two-bedroom villas which can accommodate eight guests. To book any accommodations at Walt Disney World, call 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639). You also might consider staying outside of Walt Disney World with such a large group. All Star Vacation Homes offers many vacation homes for large groups in condos, town homes, and houses. You can visit them at allstarvacationhomes.com

As for night life for the younger adults, we have a lot of fun on Disney's BoardWalk. Along the BoardWalk, you will find options for dining and entertainment. Over the next few years, Downtown Disney is going to be transformed into a new and exciting area called Disney Springs. During your visit, there may be ongoing transformation. In any case, I am sure that the Downtown Disney area will include many options for nightlife for the young adults in your party.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Carleen. Have a great time planning your trip and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
