I am hoping to get some "Me" time while my husband and my daughters enjoy some pool time. We are staying at Wilderness Lodge. Is it better to get a in room massage at this resort? I do not see there is a spa there or maybe I am wrong? Thanks!

    Hi Megan,

If you are looking for pampering (and who isn't?), I'd suggest you check out the new Senses spa at the Grand Floridian. I haven't yet had a chance to get a massage, facial or pedicure there, but I've taken a tour, and it is lovely.

The renovations were completed in December 2012, when it reopened under Disney management. It's a serene, relaxing space. I think you would feel really special after a visit.

From the Wilderness Lodge, you can take the water taxi to Magic Kingdom and transfer to the water taxi or monorail to the Grand Floridian.

I hope that helps. Enjoy your time with your family time and your alone time!
