    Hoping to surprise my husband...would love to have him participate in the flag retreat ceremony. Can you call ahead to schedule? Any pointers you could share that would help? Thanks very much. Only 2 weeks to go!!!!

    Your trip is super close now and I know you are super excited!

    How awesome of you to want to surprise your husband. The Flag Retreat Ceremony is a very moving ceremony and I'm always reminded how blessed we are to have men and women who have and are serving our country.

    The ceremony takes place at 5 p.m. each day and lasts approximately 20 minutes and is held in Town Square. Be sure you check the Times Guide when you enter the park to confirm the time on your date of visit. They are available at the entrance of the park, Guest Relations & most merchandise locations.

    There isn't a way to call ahead to arrange to participate in the ceremony. Guests who are interested should check in with Guest Relations located in Town Square as you enter the Magic Kingdom. I would suggest arriving as soon as the park opens and go there immediately.
