Hello, Nicole! I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney where we love to help guests build Magical vacations.
Nicole, as August is fast approaching, let's talk about your trip planning! First, if you have decided on your travel dates, I highly recommend booking your vacation package or purchasing tickets as soon as possible so that you can make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. In addition to a valid theme park ticket all guests are required to have a complimentary Disney Parks Pass reservation in order to gain entry. While there
currently IS availability for August, the month of July is quickly filling up and in order for you to visit your desired park(s) or your desired date(s), I urge you to book those as soon as you're able.
Now, let's talk about my favorite park,
EPCOT! Nicole, no matter how many times I stroll through World Showcase or feel the breeze on my face at
Soarin' Around the World, I'm always eager to return! At this time as the Walt Disney World Resort continues to focus on enhanced health and safety measures,
the nighttime shows and fireworks remain on pause. We haven't yet heard when we might see the return of these fan favorites, but keep a close watch on the
Disney Parks Blog as Tinker Bell likes to sprinkle her pixie dusted announcements there first.
While nighttime shows aren't yet on the horizon, you
can look forward to the
Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival that will be in full swing by August! With so many delicious dishes, I hope you pack your appetite! In between bites, my family loves to participate in the
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt. This is definitely the only event where I can't wait to find a rat near my food!
Nicole, while likely not the news you were hoping to hear, I do hope it's helpful as you're planning for your upcoming trip. If you have any additional questions we hEAR at planDisney would be delighted to see you again.
Wishing you a Magical stay,
Lauren
