Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Elizabeth. I'm so glad you stopped by with this question for me! As a mom of three, I completely understand how badly you want to see your son march in the parade this weekend at
Magic Kingdom Park. You must be so proud!
I just checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and like you, I don't see availability for Magic Kingdom Park on the date you're hoping for. Not to fret! There is availability at the other three theme parks (at the moment - availability is subject to change at any time), which means we may be able to make this work. If you purchase a Theme Park Ticket with
Park Hopper Option, you can make a Theme Park Reservation at EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. As long as you have entered the theme park you have a reservation for
first, you can "hop" on over to Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 2:00 PM on December 3.
I'm crossing my fingers and toes that your son won't be marching until after 2:00 PM! If he's marching in a parade earlier than that, though, my best advice is to keep checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar tonight and through tomorrow. You never know when someone's canceled plans may mean new plans for you! You may have better luck if you
purchase a Theme Park Ticket and have it already
linked to your My Disney Experience account. You're more likely to find availability for a single, linked Theme Park Ticket from your
My Disney Experience account than you are to find availability on the general calendar on the Walt Disney World Resort website.
I hope this was helpful, Elizabeth. I'm hoping with faith, trust, and pixie dust that you get to see your kiddo march down Main Street, U.S.A.!
