I am hoping g to get sn early check in at our FT Wilderness cabin on May 6. Who may I contact to I quite as to the possibility?

Hello Donna, and welcome back to planDisney!

I am all for the “glamping” experience I have come to love at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! It is such a peaceful environment that I understand why it is a favorite of many guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort

I can tell you from experience that we checked in early at Disney’s Fort Wilderness one time, and the other times, we were in our cabin closer to 4:00 PM. You can request to check in earlier using your My Disney Experience mobile app (though it is not guaranteed). Select “Future Plans” after selecting the three lines at the bottom right of the screen. You will find your Resort Reservation, and from there, you can “Update Check-In.” Under “Your Resort Arrival,” select the edit pencil to the right and select an earlier time slot or the “Before time” button.

Do not worry; if you arrive before your cabin is ready, you can explore the campgrounds, grab a bite to eat, or head to the theme parks. Because your arrival is approaching sooner rather than later, I recommend calling (407)939-1936 and inquiring about an earlier arrival time with the cast member. Again, it can not be guaranteed, but it is worth a shot to ask.

Please let us know if you have additional questions prior to your arrival.

    Have a magical experience!
