    We are hoping to send some groceries to the resort ahead of time. Will the resort hold packages for us if they come a day or two before we check in?

    Hi Jennifer,

    You can order groceries to be sent to your Disney Resort, but they need to arrive on your check in day.  They have limited space, especially for perishable items, and can't store groceries for long periods of time.  Garden Grocer is a local service that many people use for delivery to Disney.  If the food is delivered while you're out of your room or before you've checked in, Bell Services will hold it for you. 

    If you would like to ship non perishable, sealed food items to your Disney Resort, you're able to do that too.  They will hold those packages for a few days before your arrival.  What you need to do to ensure that your package arrives safely and directly to you is to include the resort's correct name and address, along with the word GUEST and your date of arrival at the resort.
