I am hoping to schedule the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party, but it's not showing available dates after August. Do they cancel it during the Food & Wine Festival? I will be their the first week of October.

    Hi Matthew!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is one of my absolute favorite times at Walt Disney World Resort. The sights, the smells, the tastes - yum! This year this event will be hosted for an astonishing 75 days. Don't forget to check out the Eat to the Beat Concert Series lineup, and follow the Disney Parks Blog on all social media channels to be one of the first ones to find out what dishes and which outdoor kitchens will make an appearance this year.

In my personal experience, Dessert Parties all across Walt Disney World Resort typically open their bookings 60 to 90 days in advance. Some will open a full month's calendar once the first day of the month is 90 days out, but others open their individual dates exactly 60 days before your desired dessert date. I myself planned a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort vacation for my own family this past March, and while I was able to snag all of our Table Service meals the day our 180 Advance Dining Window opened in September, I too was unable to book the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience until December. So keep checking back on the Frozen Ever After Sparkling Dessert Party page or call the Disney Dining Reservation line at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 in late June or early July.

We'll See You Real Soon, Matthew!
