I was hoping to retrieve a Splash mountain picture taken June 16, 2021, we were on the ride at 12:21. The picture never came on the screen. I thought we had the photo pass thing, but it turns out we didn't. Is there a way to scroll through pictures?

Hey there, Leticia! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question.

I wish I had better news, but unfortunately Disney PhotoPass photos, including dining and attraction photos, expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken. Disney does not have options to permanently store photos and other digital content, hence the content from your trip last summer is no longer available. I’m so sorry we don’t have a way to wave a magic wand and bring your Splash Mountain photo back. However, I sincerely hope you can make it back to the parks to recreate this photo soon. When you do, be sure to note the ID number of the photo so you can link it in the Disneyland mobile app. If for some reason you miss the photo on the display screens, just ask a Cast Member at any Guest Services location later that day for help in retrieving your photo.

Disney PhotoPass is complimentary when you have Disney Genie+ service, which is a great perk that my family enjoys on every trip. We like having the unlimited digital downloads of the attraction photos as well as those taken by Disney PhotoPass Photographers

Leticia, wishing you another magical adventure soon.
