As a Disney girlie with a mom who uses an ECV in the parks, it sounds like we're in the same boat just a-rowing together. While my mom's injury makes short walks possible, I totally get wanting wheels for your mama so she can manage the magic.
While the parks may not store your personal wheelchairs, I've found an option for our visits that has helped us tremendously. I've found that the Orlando area is full of rental services that offer a slew of mobility devices to fit your needs. ScooterBug, a Disney Featured Provider, will even bring your ECV directly to your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and drop it off at Bell Services without you needing to be present. It sounds like your resort is either in the
Magic Kingdom or
EPCOT area based on your plans. Your mom will either have a short drive on her ECV to the front of the park or hop the Monorail, the bus, or water transportation depending on where she's going.
Pro-tip: We tend to rent the portable ECVs that can be broken down into a trunk if necessary. That way, if I want to take a rideshare, I don't have to worry.
