Hi, we are hoping to get the Regal Eagle eat to the beat dining package for Saturday 6th September and would like to know what the earliest time is to be at the restaurant to book, please? I understand that you can only scan the QR code there to book?

Welcome back to planDisney, Emma! It's music to my ears to hear that you're heading to the Most Magical Place on Earth this weekend! Magic is certainly in the air this season as fall takes over, and the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is in full swing, offering snacks and sips for everyone to enjoy!

Emma, the Eat to the Beat Concert Series treats guests to an evening of entertainment, and booking a dining package is a great way to lock in a delicious meal combined with guaranteed seating for this event! Regal Eagle Smokehouse makes it possible to book a same-day dining package on select dates (and it's one of my favorite quick-service dining options in EPCOT for its value and variety!) To confirm availability for a dining package and to make your reservation, I'd recommend arriving when the restaurant opens, or a little before, to ensure you have the best selection. The scheduled opening time for this Saturday is at 11:45 AM.

Emma, if you aren't able to get a same-day package, remember that you can still see the concert! While they fill quickly, if it's a priority performance, arriving early will help ensure you get a seat inside the theatre!

I hope this helps, Emma! Remember to check out the festival foodie guide and grab a festival passport when you arrive at EPCOT to keep track of all your must-try snacks and drinks and to make sure you don't miss anything! If you have the chance to hop over to Magic Kingdom during your visit, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has started to welcome happy haunts for some late-night holiday fun, and you'll find even more treats (and maybe a few tricks!) to try over there during spooky season!

If you have any other questions, come see us again here at planDisney! We're always here to help you find the magic!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
