I am hoping to purchase tickets tomorrow for later this year. Since we are also required to reserve a park pass after our ticket purchase, would we be able to switch our park reservation if we decide we would like to attend a different park instead?

    Hi Sharon!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am very excited to see you are planning a vacation for later this year!  I cannot wait to return! It's an exciting time, with such a lot of new information about the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World Resort.

The new Disney Park Pass system will be required for every day you wish to visit a Walt Disney World theme park.  This is in addition to your admission tickets, so please ensure you have set up your My Disney Experience Account and linked your tickets to your account, then you can go ahead and make your Disney Park Pass reservations now.  Reservations can be made up until September 2021.  As each Disney Park Pass has limited availability, I recommend that you go ahead and select your passes at your earliest opportunity.  You can look at the availability calendar here, but please remember that park passes are only confirmed once you have selected and made your reservations.  You are able to cancel your park passes without penalty, but re-booking at a different park will always be subject to availability.

At this time, prior to the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our vacations at Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic, and Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go, and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.

We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit.  Please know we are working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share.  Come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your vacation.
