I was hoping to pre-order some gift bags to be in our room for when we arrive for our trip. Is there anywhere on the Disney site that I can do this? I've tried before on 3rd party sites for delivery of things like diapers, food, & wipes but had t

    Hi Michelle,

We're so happy to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thanks for sending your question to us today.

Being welcomed by a special gift in your room is so much fun!  I'm happy to say that Disney does have a great service for you that might be just what you have in mind.  If you head over to Disney Floral and Gifts, you can find tons of options, from simple gift baskets to huge in-room celebrations.  There's even a "Welcome to Disney" section with some suggested gifts for you, but if you don't see something that's just right, you can always contact one of the Dream Makers there to put together a custom basket.  I've used the service a few times myself and couldn't have been happier.

One thing I do want to mention is that deliveries are made to rooms between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.  Since rooms are not pre-assigned, the gifts are delivered after your arrival and will not be in the room when you first check in.  Having them there by the end of the day shouldn't be a problem at all, but I'd recommend calling Disney Floral and Gifts to see what options might be available to make the surprise (and timing) practically perfect.  No matter when the gifts arrive, I'm sure your family will love them!

Wishing you a magical vacation, Michelle!  Please stop by again if we can help answer any other questions.
