Hello, I am hoping to plan a trip to Disney World in February of 2023.Is there access to someone to personally help book/plan this trip and explain meal plans(etc) as there is a lot of information & when I can book that far ahead? Thanks!

Hello, Haley! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for coming to see us! I love to hear that you’re already looking forward to a Walt Disney World vacation in 2023. There’s nothing quite like the planning and anticipation of adventures in the Most Magical Place on Earth! I can see how it would feel great to have some help with making these plans! Especially with so many changes on the horizon, including Disney Genie and hopefully the eventual return of some much-loved features, including the Disney Dining Plan, know that we are here for you!
At this time, you can book vacation packages about 500 days in advance. Therefore, you should be able to book vacation packages into the middle of February of 2023! Bookings can be made online or via telephone with Disney Reservations. My first suggestion is to look at the Special Offers pages for something that may interest you. However, if you’d like even more help with making these reservations, I suggest the services of a complimentary Disney Travel Planner. They can be found online and locally as well, and they handle bookings and send reminders and information about the choices you’ll make along the way! I always use one when I can because it helps streamline the process for me! At this time, Disney Dining Plans are not available, but we hope they will return in the future! However, you can book Dining Reservations 60 days in advance, and there are so many wonderful options to choose from! This includes Quick Service meals, which you can often order via your My Disney Experience Mobile App in advance, and Table Service meals as well! Dining at Walt Disney World is a vacation in and of itself, and I can’t wait for you to experience it!
Haley, I hope that this information will help you get a head start on all your plans. Please let us know if we can help you again in any other way, and do not hesitate to return to see us anytime, we can help again in the future! We’d love to assist with any part of your plans!
    Wishing you many magical memories,
