I often arrange for groceries to be delivered to my Disney Resort hotel ahead of my arrival. It saves on luggage space and weight, and having to organise food/drinks shopping as soon as you arrive. It is a simple process. It is perfectly fine to have food items delivered to your Disney Resort hotel, and you do not have to be present to accept the delivery. Bell Services will store your items (and will even keep cold items refrigerated for you). Please ensure you add your name, and "GUEST ARRIVING .... insert arrival date here" to be displayed on the address label. The mailing address is

There is now a fee for receiving any packages at your Disney Resort hotel, and this applies whether you collect it from the Front Desk, or have it delivered to your room by Bell Services. The current fee is $6 per package (price is always subject to change), and if Bell Services deliver to your room I would always tip them too, out of courtesy.
Call at the
Front Desk on the day you are expecting your delivery. For any heavy items, Bell Services will deliver them to your room for you, on request.
