    I am hoping you can help me link my hotel reservation to my app.

    Hiya, Alison! Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question! 

    Wow, Alison, your Magical vacation is getting so close. How exciting! In order to begin your online check-in and view your plans, let's make sure that your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation is correctly connected. You can use this LINK to connect (which works best on a laptop or desktop).

    If you're using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you'll begin by scrolling down, past the icons represented in rectangles, until you see "Link to Account." When you click on that, you'll be taken to a screen with the option to "Link Hotel." Here you'll input your confirmation number and Last name on the Reservation. Alison, make sure that you have the most updated version of the app and that you've signed in to your account prior to following the steps above. After entering your reservation confirmation number, you should see your reservation when you click on "Resort Hotel" icon on the home page of the app. 

    Alison, I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to your upcoming trip! If you'll be visiting the parks during your stay, I hope you can enjoy the early access available to all Disney Resorts Collection hotel guests every day
