    Hello, I was hoping to find some answers regarding magic bands. I thought I could go on here and customize our magic bands, I can't seem to find this area. I don't have a reservation but I do have annual pass and it seems as though I would need to link it.

    Hey Maria Marcela-

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love being an Annual Passholder. With discounts on merchandise, food, hotels and special events, free theme park parking and unlimited access to the four major theme parks, the annual pass is a dream come true. We loved to be able to zip into a theme park, grab a treat or enjoy and attraction then zip out. It’s complete freedom to fun and magic.

    Every Annual Passholder receives a MagicBand  to customize through their Disney Account in My Disney Experience. You do not need a reservation. To customize first login to your account. On the right side of your screen, at the top, you will see “My Disney Experience”. Click on those words and a drop down menu will reveal. In this menu select “MagicBands and Cards”. You should have a alert to “Customize” your MagicBand. This will be for your annual pass. Just follow the customization steps. If you are having problems then please contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. If you do not have a Disney Account account then you may easily register for one through this My Disney Experience link. Once that is done then contact a Cast Member to help you the rest of the way.

    Disney Dad Tip: Please carry your Annual Passholder card with you when you visit anywhere at Walt Disney World Resort for your discounts. MagicBands do not store certain information and Cast Members will ask for the card and other identification, such as a driver’s license, for proof of ownership of the annual pass.
