    I am hoping to do early check-in and skip the front desk and go straight to the room. I also want to pay my remaining hotel balance with gift cards. Do I need to do this before I go to the room or can I do this when I check out?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christa!

    Online Check-In will help you begin the check-in process from the convenience of your own home and can help reduce registration time upon arrival at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

    You may begin the check-in process by using Online Check-In within 60 days of your arrival. While you will be able to bypass providing all of your reservation information again, you will still need to visit the designated Online Check-In Front Desk location where you will receive your Welcome Folder, pay remaining balances and receive your MagicBands (if you did not receive them in the mail already). While completing the Check-In process you will be able to pay your remaining balance with your Disney Gift Cards. It is most convenient to do this when at the Online Check-In location.
