We are hoping to dine at "Be Our Guest" on our next trip. We've heard some great things about it. Have you eaten at the restaurant yet? What can you tell me about it? Thanks, Kaylene. Any input will be appreciated.

    Hi Rachel,

Would you believe I've been blessed to have enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the incredible Be Our Guest in New Fantasyland?!

This beautiful restaurant is my new favorite place to dine in the Magic Kingdom. You'll honestly feel like you've stepped into Belle's beloved fairytale as you enter Beast's enchanted Castle and enjoy French-inspired fare in elaborately themed rooms.

For my table service dinner, I had the amazing "Grilled Strip Steak with Garlic-Herb Butter and Pommes Frites". My brother ordered the "Pan-seared Salmon on Leek Fondue with Creamy Saffron-crushed Potatoes". I sampled his and it was absolutely delicious. We dined in the grand 2-story Ballroom which is simply breathtaking. While sitting at our table, we watched snow fall outside the window. Yes, it was 80 degrees outside, but the Beast's Castle is enchanted, remember?

During dinner the Beast makes a grand appearance then invites guests to have their photo taken with him. After dinner, you're welcome to tour the Castle. You're even permitted to explore the West Wing. While there, you'll see the enchanted rose. If you stay long enough, you may notice something about the Prince's portrait on the wall.

During lunch, Be our Guest serves as a Quick Service location. You'll order with a touch-screen terminal and you'll be given an enchanted "rose" which will help your food magically appear at your table. I especially enjoy dining in Belle's Library. The paintings and giant music box are not to be missed. While in line to order lunch, be sure to pause near the 6 "knights in shining armor". Listen very carefully, you may just catch them snoring or talking to each other. It's hysterical!

Hope this helps and that you are able to secure reservations at this incredible restaurant on your upcoming vacation,
    Kaylene
