Royal Greetings, Ivy!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Magic Kingdom Park is full of entertainment, dining, and attractions that your girls will love. Since your daughter is celebrating a birthday, I'd like to share a few of my favorite suggestions as a starting point for creating some
bibbidi-bobbidi-beautiful birthday plans!
My first suggestion is to consider a character dining reservation at
Cinderella's Royal Table. Located inside Cinderella Castle, this is a gorgeous setting to celebrate with several Disney princesses. Reservations are offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but unfortunately, I didn't see any available when I checked today. However, I'd encourage you to keep checking as your trip approaches, as I've found that reservations can open when other Guests may have a change of plans. In the meantime, you may want to consider
1900 Park Fare, located at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Currently, I can see reservations available for both breakfast and dinner on that date. While characters are always subject to change, typically, Aladdin, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Tiana can be found here. You can travel between the Magic Kingdom and the Grand Floridian by
boat, monorail, or walkway, making this a great option!
The
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is another popular choice for young princesses. Reservations often fill very quickly here, and they appear to be booked for February 18th at the moment. As with Cinderella's Royal Table, I'd recommend checking back frequently for any cancellations that may occur. You may also find same-day, walk-up appointments available. If you want to take advantage of those, I'd suggest heading there first thing in the morning to check availability. Regardless of whether or not you can grab an appointment here, the birthday princess can visit
Sir Mickey's for a sprinkle of pixie dust!
Finally, there are several
attractions and shows she won't want to miss. I love having the chance to meet princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall, including Cinderella herself. One of my favorite experiences in Magic Kingdom is Enchanted Tales with Belle, where you step inside the story of Beauty and the Beast. Entertainment options like the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, and Happily Ever After are also must-dos on each visit for me!
Ivy, there is so much to say about a day in Magic Kingdom, but I'm afraid the clock is striking midnight on our time together today! If you're interested in some specific recommendations for your teen, check out our
planDisney Video Library, and always feel free to stop by again with more questions here at planDisney - we're all ears!
Cheers,
Kristi
