We are hoping to bypass the parade crowd but have dinnner reservations elsewhere and don't know if we'll make it in time before the crowd forms. Can we use the Railroad to bypass that crowd and get to the back pf the park?

    Hi Alyssa!

I believe that you are referring to being in the Magic Kingdom in your question.  If it is a parade that is in the afternoon in the Magic Kingdom, then you can use the Walt Disney World Railroad to get from the Frontierland Train Station to the Main Street Station and a quick exit out of the Magic Kingdom.  If you are planning to exit after 5:00 or 6:00 pm, the Walt Disney World Railroad will not be operating because Disney will be preparing for that night's fireworks show so you will have to walk down Main Street USA.  My best tip to get quickly down Main Street USA during a parade is to walk through the stores on the right side of Main Street USA (if you are facing the Walt Disney World Railroad Station) because they are all connected.  You may have to weave in and out of guests who are shopping, but this route is typically less crowded especially during a parade.

I hope that your next vacation in Walt Disney World is truly magical!
