I am hoping to bring my 3 & 4 yr old to Disney before our new baby arrives in April. Can you suggest the best month between now (Sept) & February based on Weather? I would like my kids to be able to swim and get the full disney experience. Thanks!

    Carrie:

Our family enjoys visiting in late October.  The weather is just warm enough during the day to wear shorts, but not too cool at night that you need a jacket.  As you get farther into November and December, the weather becomes more unpredictable for swimming, even though the pools are heated.  Best of all, if you're looking for the "full" experience, October offers Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party with special fireworks, a parade, and trick-or-treating at the Magic Kingdom!

If you hurry and book your vacation, your October stay could qualify for Disney's free dining promotion!  (It ends in a week!)  Click here for more information!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

P.S. If you get the free dining plan, save up your snack credits and taste around "the world" at Epcot during its Food & Wine Festival!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
