Hello! I was hoping to book my Disney vacation for 2020. I was wanting to attend MNSSHP. This year the event runs until 11/1/19. How long does the event normally run? If I book for the first week of November would we still be able to make the party? Thanks

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Heather!

Of all the special events that happen each year at Walt Disney World Resort, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is always one of my favorites. I love feeling like a kid again trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park and I always have to catch what's become one of my favorite parades of all time, Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party typically runs from about mid-August through the end of October each year with the last event usually taking place on Halloween night or the next day, November 1. I haven't seen the Party go past the first of November before but the dates for next year haven't been announced yet so you never know what might happen! If you want to guarantee yourself some spooktacular fun, I'd recommend trying to begin your trip before Halloween. Usually, by the first week of November, you'll start to see the first signs of the holiday season pop up at the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels! In fact, this year's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins on November 8, so if you time it right you might be able to catch both parties on your trip next year.

    Have a magical day, Heather!
