Hi, I was hoping to ask about planning my trip.

Hey there, hi there, Hawa! Welcome to planDisney. You've come to the right place to ask planning questions.

Oh boy! It looks like you may be heading to Disneyland Resort very soon, so let's get some planning done! If you haven't started yet, the easiest way to plan your visit is to look into a package. This will bundle both your hotel and tickets into one convenient option and there are packages to fit every budget. The first option would be to stay on the property with a Disneyland Resort Hotel Package. You can't go wrong with any of the three resorts, but my favorite happens to be the Disneyland Hotel. This hotel is full of nostalgia and I love all the little details. The other option would be a Good Neighbor Hotel Package for some of the surrounding hotels in the area. Once you have these details booked, make sure you have your theme park ticket reservations booked. You need both a ticket and a theme park ticket reservation to enter the parks each day.

The next step would be to look into dining reservations. These can be made up to 60 days in advance. There are plenty of great quick-service locations throughout the parks that don't require reservations, but sometimes reserving one is a great option for a midday break.

The other important detail would be to look into Disney Genie+ service. This would allow you to make Lightning Lane selections to bypass the standby line and enjoy more attractions with shorter wait times. This add-on service also includes unlimited digital downloads of PhotoPass photos. You can add this to your tickets at the time of purchase or you can do it once you have entered the park for the day.

Hawa, I hope this gives you some starting points for planning your visit. If you have any other questions, be sure to stop back by again. See you real soon!
