    Hoping for advise:) Called for ADR to Chefs France told Remy will be there ? is want to have dinner & his last show is 5:20. Should I take the res for 4:40 or 5:00? Prefer 5:00 but will that cut it too close to seeing Remy or will we be seated right aw

    Hi Michelle - it's always difficult to tell exactly when Remy will appear.  My family was at Chefs de France in May, and we had dining reservations a little after 5 pm and still saw Remy.  However, you aren't always guaranteed to be seated right away, so if seeing Remy is important to you, then I'd take the earlier reservation just to be sure you are seated in time.
