Hope someone can help me, we have 2 base day tickets as part of a package, we were able to get park reservations for those days but not the 6 day military promotional tickets that we have. It won't let us reserve park days. Thanks for your help

    Hi Kenneth,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I"m sure you must be excited about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Since you've already made some Park Reservations, it sounds like you've got your ducks in a row. It's important to have your ducks in a row but occasionally one behaves like Donald and creates a bit of a ruckus. Hopefully, we can sort your issue out.

Let me make sure I understand you correctly. You have a Resort Hotel Reservation and 2-day Theme Park Tickets and you have made 2 days of Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass System. You also have 6-day Military Tickets and you have not been able to make Park Reservations with those tickets. Park Reservations have only opened for guests with reservations at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and select other hotels. You would need to have 7 nights of Resort Hotel reservations in order to make Park Reservations for 8 days. If you don't have enough days and nights on your Resort Hotel reservation, you will be able to make Park Reservations on June 28 when the Disney Park Pass System opens to all guests with valid Theme Park Tickets.

If you do have a 7-night Resort Hotel Reservation, the System should be working for you. Check to be sure your Resort Hotel Reservation and your Theme Park Tickets are showing up in your My Disney Experience account. If for any reason they are not showing up, you may need to re-link them to your account. If everything is showing up properly and you still aren't able to make Park Reservations, your best bet is going to be for you to call either the Existing Ticket helpline or Website Support

Kenneth, I hope your issue is sorted out quickly! If I misunderstood your question or if you have any other planning questions, I hope you'll stop back by. We're always here to help!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
