I hope there is no limit on asking ?s : ) Any secrets for a quick departure after the evening shows like Fantasmic and Illuminations? I hear it's a stampede toward the exits and can take a long time to get back to hotels. We are staying at WL.

    Hi Hilary!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!  There is absolutely no limit on asking questions - we love to help!

I am thinking about this exact question myself - we are staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and want to see Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios on our next visit.  If there are any secrets to an easier exit I think it is recommended to see the second show (if there are more than one) and to take your time and try to let the crowd subside before you exit the park. Browse the shops which will stay open after hours, then by the time you leave it will be quieter.  For IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, there is only one showing per day, but I would still recommend that you browse the shops at Epcot while everyone is leaving the park.

    Enjoy your magical vacation!
