Howdy, Astrid! I’m so happy to welcome you to planDisney. Cue the banjo and bring on the biscuits because we’re heading over to Pioneer Hall!
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is seriously some of the most fun I’ve ever had at Walt Disney World Resort! It’s a night filled with lively musical numbers, big laughs, and enough delicious food to make any cowboy or cowgirl ask for seconds! I can certainly understand why you’d want to have the Hoop-Dee-Doo feast delivered to your hotel, but unfortunately, this meal only comes with a side of entertainment at Pioneer Hall.
The good news is there are still a couple of ways your family can still dig into this hearty meal. The first is to go see the show! With a group of 20, you would need to book two separate reservations for ten people each. Your group would likely need to sit separately, but you can request tables near one another. I recommend calling to speak with a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-DINE to help with these reservations. Although requests are not guaranteed, Cast Members at Pioneer Hall will do their best to seat your two parties near one another, based upon availability. Reservations open 60 days in advance, and since this dinner show is
very popular, you’ll want to make sure you’re ready to reserve your tables by calling that morning at 7:00 a.m. Eastern.
Another option that may work even better for your large group is to inquire about
private dining. Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is listed among the options available for special private dining services, so this could be more of what you had in mind. You can
submit a request to Disney Meetings & Events online and a Cast Member will get in touch with you to discuss options and pricing.
Astrid, while the cowboys and cowgirls at Hoop-Dee-Doo won’t be able to bring the show or the feast to you, I hope these alternatives help you wrangle a delicious meal and lots of fun for your family. If you have any more questions, be sure to come back and see us at planDisney. We’re always here to round up a little extra magic for your vacation!
With a big
Yeehaw!Casey
