Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue? Now that is a rootin’-tootin’ good time. You’ve picked one of the most fun, laugh-out-loud dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort, and a personal favorite! So, get those spoons ready for a great meal and a roudy good time!
Raymond, because Hoop-Dee-Doo is a prepaid dining experience, your reservation is tied to the number of Guests you originally booked. If two members of your party can’t make it, the best bet is to
call the Disney Dining Reservations help line so a friendly cast member can help you modify it.
If you are still within the cancellation or modification window, a CM may be able to adjust your party size and help process a refund for those two Guests without you having to risk losing your reservation. It’s not something you can do on your own in the app, but Cast Members are wonderful at finding a little extra magic when they can! If you’re outside of that window, you can still attend with your group of four. I recommend stopping by the check-in window and speaking to a cast member there to see if they can help make the adjustment.
A pro tip if you’ve never been to
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground for this special dinner show: I highly recommend arriving a little early and taking a stroll over to
Tri-Circle-D Ranch. You can see some truly beautiful horses up close, including the ones that help bring magic to Main Street, U.S.A., and even a piece of Disney history with the Dragon Calliope, a whimsical horse-drawn instrument that dates back to Walt Disney’s early days at Disneyland. It’s such a unique and underrated spot, and absolutely worth carving out a little extra time to explore.
