Will be honeymooning in October 2011. I am unsure of which moderate resort to stay at. Caribbean Beach to have a beach feel, Port Orleans to have a smaller romantic feel? Thought I had this figured out until seeing some moms pick PO, why PO over CBR, help!

    Congrats, Emily...

On your upcoming wedding and honeymoon!!  My husband and I honeymooned at Caribbean Beach WAAAAY back in 2000.  BUT, our favorite moderate resort now is Port Orleans Riverside.  (Port Orleans French Quarter is lovely as well!)  In the end, I don't think it will matter where you stay, it's the memories you make that will be with you forever!  That's what will always make that resort special to you!

That being said.  The beach at Caribbean Beach is great--do you plan on hanging out on a hammock or looking at the stars?  Or sitting under a majestic oak tree watching the world go by?  I think it ultimately will come down to which style you like better.  Take a look at the room photos available in the links provided above.  Maybe that will help you decide?

    Have a magical honeymoon!
