Hello! I am honeymooning in Disney World October 7th-13th. This will be my 23rd time visiting WDW and my fiance's FIRST. Is there any way to tell Disney before hand that it is our honeymoon and his first time visiting? Or do I need to wait until check-in?

    Hi Carene,

Wow how exciting!  A honeymoon at Walt Disney World and your fiancee's first visit to Walt Disney World.  This sounds like a great trip!

You can call Disney at 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) and ask that they note on your reservation that you are celebrating both a honeymoon and your fiancee's first trip.  You can also do this when making any dining reservations if you call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).  It also cannot hurt to mention it when you check in at your resort and any time you arrive at a restaurant.

Another way to signal your celebration is to wear "first visit" and "just married" buttons.  These buttons are available free of charge at Guest Relations at the theme parks.  They are also sometimes available at your resort, so you could ask upon check-in if they have any available.

Have a wonderful time planning your special trip, Carene!  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
