My honeymoon pics from 4 years ago were recently lost on a flash drive! Can they be reaccessed?

    Hi Megan,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney!

I wish I could deliver more hopeful news but given the length of time it has been since those photos were taken and the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions, they are probably not accessible. I do, however, encourage you to contact a member of the Disney PhotoPass team by phone or using the missing photo form.

If they cannot be retrieved, consider whether or not you ever emailed the photos to anyone or if you stored them in a backup drive. I can empathize. We also honeymooned at the Walt Disney World Resort and I misplaced the photos somehow four moves later. I still have one that we had framed, so that one has become incredibly special.

The happy news is that my hubby is still here, going to Disney with me 22 years later. So, I am wishing on all of the stars for you but, just in case, consider recreating that trip with lots of laughter and love. Dine at a few of the same restaurants, stay at the same resort hotel, strike the same pose on a ride!

Megan, take your Imagineering spirit on this next Incredible journey. You still have each other and a lifetime of magical memories to create. Happy planning, again!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
