I see Homewood Suites by Hilton at Western Entrance has a discount offering. If another discount comes out for my travel date range, how do I go about adding that to my reservation?

Hiya Nicole - welcome back to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with another question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

With the vast number of Disney Resorts Collection hotels and the many partner hotels that Walt Disney World Resort also offers vacation packages with, there are a variety of Terms & Conditions and eligibility rules for modifications. It sounds like you may have already booked your vacation package, or are getting ready to, so let me tell you about a couple of options you have if you want to apply any future Special Offers or discounts.

First, you may see a Modify or Change Reservation button associated with your hotel reservation in the My Plans area of your My Disney Experience account. If your reservation is eligible to be modified by you directly, you should see one of these buttons (the actual wording does sometimes change on the button/link). If you don't see an option there, you'll likely need to call and speak to a reservations Cast Member to discuss your options and to determine whether you would like to modify your vacation package to take advantage of a different offer.

If the offer you're interested in happens to be listed on the Special Offers page, you may see a box that says Have an Existing Reservation? with a link to see if the Special Offer can be applied to your already booked vacation package. If you see that link, you can always try it to see what updates you can make on your own. Again, if you run into any trouble, I recommend calling and speaking to a reservations Cast Member.

I know this answer isn't as detailed as you may need, but each vacation package is different, so I wanted to describe a few different options you might want to explore. In general, across many types of reservations and packages, you'll want to make these changes at least 30 days in advance. In some cases, that's when you may be charged change fees or no longer be eligible for modifications.

Thanks again for stopping by with another question - I hope we've been helpful! There is so much to experience as part of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration and I know you're going to have a magical vacation full of exciting attractions, entertainment, food, and so much more!
