Hello, Ty!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I’m happy to hear you recently sailed on the Disney Wish. It’s such a stunning ship! My family sailed during a
Halloween on the High Seas voyage, and we loved every minute of it.
It sounds like you may be trying to locate your onboard folio to review your charges. Folios are usually available on the
Disney Cruise Line website for about 90 days after your sailing. To find yours, log in to your account, hover over “Already Booked,” and scroll down to “Castaway Club.” From there, select “My Cruises” to view your past (and future) sailings and download your folio. You can also call
Disney Cruise Line to seek help from a Cast Member.
If you’re instead trying to check on a
Placeholder Reservation you booked onboard, you should be able to see that under “Castaway Club” or “My Reservations” (also under the “Already Booked” tab). Once you open your Placeholder, you can start searching for your future cruise. Planning the next adventure is the best cure for post‑cruise blues!
You can also view your cruise photos on the Disney Cruise Line website. Head back to “Already Booked” and scroll down to “
My Cruise Photos.” You can usually find all the professional photos from your trip, which are perfect for reliving the magic your family experienced together! I love turning ours into printed photo books so we can flip through them whenever we’re reminiscing about past vacations.
Ty, I hope this helps you find everything you’re looking for. If you need more assistance, please reach out to us again at planDisney.
Happy sailing!
Jen
