    Just got home from DW, had tons of fuN! Well, I picked out a cool mickey "to-go" style plastic drink cup with a straw. It broke in my suitcase! I didn't see it on the website. Any ideas how I can get another one? I loved it and would like another

    Hi Heather,

    I hate when one of my souvenirs arrive home broken...ugh!   Please call Walt Disney World's Merchandise and Gift Services at 1-877-560-6477.  This is the best place to start looking for it.  Just describe the cup and tell them where you got it, and that should help track it down.  Their offices are open on Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
