Hi, Christine! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I hope that you and your family made many magical memories during your recent visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort. I hope that you'll soon be able to relive all of those memories by viewing your
Disney PhotoPass Service pictures. With your
Memory Maker purchase, you will have access to unlimited downloads of all of those Disney PhotoPass images. It would be my pleasure to help you get all of this sorted out so that you can begin enjoying your trip photos.
One small issue that guests sometimes encounter with their Memory Maker has to do with being signed into
My Disney Experience at the time of purchase. If you were signed into your My Disney Experience account when you bought your Memory Maker, it should have been all ready to go. However, if you were not signed in, you would need to first claim your Memory Maker by visiting My Disney Experience.
Another problem that guests can have has to do with using Disney PhotoPass cards. When you have a Disney PhotoPass photographer scan your
MagicBand after taking your picture, those photos should
automagically show up in your My Disney Experience account. However, if the photographer gives you a Disney PhotoPass card, you need to link that card to your account. It sounds like you had that covered, so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the difficulties that you are experiencing.
Christine, I would recommend that you call the
Help Center phone number for Disney PhotoPass Service. The Cast Members there should be able to get this all sorted out for you quicker than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
Have a magical day!
Samantha
