Holy Cow - this is the first I have heard about Toontown closing down!! What are the details around it? Will we still be able to do the barnstormer mid-March 2011? It is our favorite ride!! Thanks!! Maureen

Hi Maureen, Mickey's Toon Town Fair will be closing today actually, to make way for the amazing Fantasyland Expansion. While you won't be able to ride Goofy's Barnstormer this trip, it will be returning, re-themed and re-named The Great Goofini. The Toon Town area will be renamed Storybook Circus, where TWO Dumbo rides will now be, along with The Great Goofini. While completion dates are subject to change, the construction should start to be completed in 2013. Be sure to check back with the Disney Parks Blog or here on the Moms Panel for the latest official dates.

I hope you enjoy your vacation and can make plans to return and see the all-new Fantasyland!
