When Hollywood Studios opens at 8am, when will the Skyliner start running in the morning?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alison! I was so excited for the Disney Skyliner to open this past fall and I got the chance to stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort with some of my friends a few weeks after the gondolas started running, and I have to say that it far exceeded my expectations. I was ready for it to be a fun and exciting way to get to the Theme Parks, but what I did not expect it to be was so fast. I could not believe that it only took 10 minutes to get to Disney's Hollywood Studios and 15 minutes to get to EPCOT including the transfer that everyone makes at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. There really is nothing quite like gliding through the sky to your destination!

I've found that the Disney Skyliner tends to begin running around 30 to 45 minutes before the Theme Parks open, but this is subject to change so make sure to check the sign outside of your Resort Hotel's station so you have the most up-to-date information. If you're trying to get to Disney's Hollywood Studios early in the morning to be one of the first guests in the Theme Park so you can try and join a boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, then I recommend that you use Minnie Van Service so you can guarantee that you'll get there on time and you don't need to worry about the operating hours of the Disney Skyliner. Minnie Vans have recently started running earlier in the morning for guests that are eager to get to Disney's Hollywood Studios, so you should be able to request one through the Lyft app as early as 6:30 a.m.

    Have a magical day, Alison!
