We were at Hollywood Studios last year for New Years Eve and we had a wonderful time. There was a band that played and was excellent. I was wondering if Hollywood Studios was doing anything this year for New Years Eve?

    Hey Velvet!

Disney's Hollywood Studios is gearing up for a spectacular New Years Eve again!

They will have multiple showings of Fantasmic! and there will be a DJ dance party around the Sorcerer's Hat!

Of course, Disney's Hollywood Studios will be showing off some of the best and most amazing fireworks in Disney World to ring in the new year!

If you haven't seen Fantasmic! yet this would be a great time to catch it. Here is a description of it from Disney:
Fantasmic! is a breathtaking 25-minute fireworks and water show performed select nights at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park that brings together all of your favorite Disney Characters—including heroes, princess and villains—for the very first time.

Fantasmic! stars Mickey Mouse and a bevy of classic Disney Characters, and includes over one million gallons of water and 50 costumed performers. Combining explosive pyrotechnics, shimmering laser lights and dazzling dancing water effects with beloved Disney songs and animation, Fantasmic! is a lavish musical extravaganza in sight and sound, overflowing with silly and suspenseful surprises for the entire family.

Have a great time and best wishes for your New Year!
