Where in Hollywood Studios do you go to sign up for the Jedi Training School?

    Hi Courtney!

Welcome to the Moms Panel! We're so glad you're hEAR!

The Jedi Training Academy (JTA) at Disney's Hollywood Studios (DHS) is out of this world fun for kids!  Its located next to Star Tours. During our recent visit, they were holding registration at Sound Dangerous with Drew Carey.  The location may vary but it will be held in an area near the JTA stage - just ask any Cast Member in that area. There were several Cast Members that were directing potential Padawan participants to the registration area. It wasn't anything fancy or well-marked, just a Cast Member with a clipboard but they got the job done very efficiently.

On the day I visited they started sign-ups during the morning Extra Magic Hours. Just another perk for staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. If you are staying at a Disney Resort & it works into your schedule, you could visit DHS on a morning they are offering EMHs. If you aren't staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and JTA is a must do, I'd plan to visit DHS on a day when they are not offering morning Extra Magic Hours.

If JTA is a "must do" for you, I'd recommend heading towards JTA first.  Make sure you have your young Jedi with you.  They ask all Padawans a couple of questions to make sure they can follow directions before signing up.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
