    Hi! We were at Hollywood Studios a few days ago and I’m interested in purchasing one photo from Tower of Terror. We didn’t purchase memory maker but I saved the number of the photo. How can I enter that in my account to view and purchase? Is this possible?

    I am happy to hear that Disney PhotoPass Service captured magical memories you made during your visit. Some of the best moments I have shared with friends and family over the years at The Most Magical Place on Earth happened while enjoying our favorite attractions.  I am a big fan of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the photo and video captured while riding the service elevators at the Hollywood Tower Hotel are simply priceless!

    Since you have just visited a few days ago, your photo may still be available. Please contact Disney PhotoPass Service at (407) 560-4300, select option 2, and provide the Cast Member assisting you the following information: the e-mail address associated with your My Disney Experience account, the date of your visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the approximate time you experienced The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and the ride photo number you have. Cast Members will do their best to locate your photo and link it to your Disney account. After the photo is successfully linked to My Disney Experience, you will be able to purchase it.
