At Hollywood Studios, does Fantasmic and the Star Wars show overlap each other? If you had to choose between the two, which should we see?

    Hi Rebecca,

Glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel today. Let me try to help you with your question. I promise not to use any Jedi mind tricks.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is THE place to experience Star Wars at Walt Disney World Resort. Many experiences that will take you to a galaxy far far away, with character interactions like the friendly Chewbacca or the intimidating Kylo Ren. You can find them at Star Wars Launch Bay throughout the day. However, an experience like no other awaits you to end the day, with a spectacle of lights, lasers, special effects, music from the movies and fireworks, in Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular.

In Fantasmic! Mickey invites us to relive his dreams and nightmares in an amazing show including water projections, live action and fireworks. It is scheduled to start right after, or end right before Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. It is a little hard to watch both on the same night, unless you are super-fast, or when two shows are offered on certain days.

One last tip: add the Park Hopper Option to your Theme Park Tickets. This will allow you to visit more than one Theme Park in the same day, without using an additional Ticket day. May the Force be with you.
