Is Hollywood Studios or Epcot better for small children? Our kids are 3 and 5 and less than 40 inches tall.

    Hi Laurie!

I would definitely choose Disney's Hollywood Studios over Epcot for your kids.  There is a lot more that they are going to relate to and be able to enjoy.  It really is a ton of fun for everyone, especially the kids.

If your kids enjoy watching Disney Junior at home make sure to stop by and Meet Disney Junior Pals in the Animation Courtyard for autographs and pictures.  You also can't miss Disney Junior Live On Stage! either...my kids are 15 and 18 and we STILL love going to see that.  Of course, I'm also going to recommend Beauty & the Beast-Live On Stage, and Toy Story Mania.  Please check out the Planning for Pre-school Kids & Little Ones page I attached to this answer.  It will definitely help you plan for your vacation.

I hope this helps, Laurie.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a magical day!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
