We will be at Hollywood Studios during this year's Star Wars Weekend. Is it possibe to see the Hyperspace Hoopla event/parade and still make it in time to line up for Fantasmic at 8:30? Just trying to see if we can do both on the same night. Thanks

    Hi there, Mary!

Generally, Hyperspace Hoopla takes place at 7:00 PM during the Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios (times are subject to change; please get a Times Guide on the day of your visit for the most up-to-date information).

Fantasmic! definitely draws a crowd, and you'll be heading over to the amphitheater with all of the Hoopla attendees as well. So while you will definitely have the time to do both, my concern is that the seats might not be available. People are known to queue up an hour in advance of the amphitheater opening, which is itself 60-90 minutes before show time! You might want to ask a member of your travel party who isn't a huge Star Wars fan if s/he would be willing to hold seats for the Hoopla attendees in your party.

One thing to consider is the Fantasmic! meal package. By reserving a meal package time at Hollywood Brown Derby, Mama Melrose's, or Hollywood & Vine, you'll receive a VIP voucher for guaranteed seating for the evening. Make reservations 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE, or by going online.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
